Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO Addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii).
For customers residing within the contiguous United States, our standard shipping typically
delivers your order within a reasonable 2-7 days. We understand that sometimes you may need
your items more urgently, and for such cases, we provide expedited shipping options,
including 2-Day and Next Day delivery, available at additional rates. Kindly bear in mind
that expedited deliveries do not occur on weekends and holidays.
Order Processing
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. During peak holiday seasons,
please allow for a slight 1-2 day delay in processing.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses, PO Boxes
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to those who serve our country. However, in accordance
with postal regulations, we regret to inform you that we are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO
addresses and PO Boxes. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Alaska and Hawaii
For our valued customers in Alaska and Hawaii, please anticipate an estimated delivery time
of 1-2 weeks for your orders. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout.
International Orders (Canada Only):
Exciting news for our Canadian customers! We now offer shipping to Canada with additional
fees applied at checkout. Your order is estimated to reach you within 1-2 weeks. Please note
that all international orders are final.

As we process and dispatch your order, please allow for a tracking information delay of 1-3

Returns
14-Day Free Returns
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to offer you
14-day Free returns on any order shipped within the contiguous United States, calculated on
the day the package received reflecting on postal service systems. We will process a full
refund back to the original payment method.
Returns Need To Meet Following Requirements:
1. Your purchase must be made on our website instead of 3rd party distribution;
2. Packages should be intact without stain and damage, knives were not misused;
3. All international orders are final.

We guarantee that every HINYE product is free from manufacturing defects. If you purchase a
genuine HINYE product through an authorized retailer and it is found to be defective, we are
committed to resolving the issue promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we will replace
the defective product with a brand-new one.
Normal Wear and Misuse
It's important to note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and
tear or misuse of the product. However, we understand that accidents can happen, and we're
here to assist. If your HINYE product has been damaged due to misuse, we encourage you to
reach out to our customer service team. They will assess the damage and may be able to offer
you advice and options for addressing the issue. Klaus Meyer reserves the right to offer any
possible options.
